We get the opportunity to run THE HIVE which has been a great software solution upgrade for our location. Some advantages that THE HIVE brings and makes my job easier are visibility, speed, and flexibility to pick and build carts. Another great capability that THE HIVE brings is the “LOOK” function. At any time, I can find information at my fingertips: production date, expiration date, etc. The tool is dynamic, we can look at a specific data point and find all the related inventory tied to the parameter. We have dramatically improved and simplified our processes for damaged product as well as identifying inventory on-hold. We know immediately when there are product issues, as the system indicates additional action needed. These features have significantly avoided time spent moving the incorrect inventory at the warehouse. Overall, my experience with THE HIVE has been awesome!

I have been working for this tremendous company for about 1 year. I’d say it was overwhelming at first to learn to drive forklift, but when it comes to the system, THE HIVE, it is very self-explanatory. By following the on-screen prompts, THE HIVE takes us step-by-step through the whole process with ease. I have seen my colleagues execute other functions within THE HIVE and confirm how fast it is to learn. THE HIVE has allowed people to focus on running production faster and smoother instead of fighting the system to complete our daily work. I would recommend any company who wants to succeed, to run THE HIVE in their business.
